Red....like fall....like daring.....like blood
Green....like new beginnings....like tranquil...like aged stone
combined in an orb
meant for digestion
imperfections obvious
oh the choices.....
to eat or not to eat?
that is the question
maybe sweet and crisp
maybe mushy
maybe a worm in the middle
take a bite of imperfection?
hoping---expecting
sweet and crisp
and juice running down my chin....
or spend a lifetime waiting...
...for perfection?
and possibly still find a worm...
a magpie tale
oh there is an excellent message in this...we sure can spend a lot of time waiting for something that is impossible...and miss out on so much...nice mag!
ReplyDeleteI would say, miss out on the unexpected. Let's take a chance, see what happens, after all we will all die soon enough. Then there will be no more time for chances. I like it! Hummmmmmmm I didn't realize you were talking about death? ...............or........was that me?
